We ship most items by UPS Ground which takes 5 to 7 days delivery. Bedding takes two weeks to ship and is not available for express shipping. We only ship to the lower 48 States at this time. We do not ship to Canada or overseas at this time.

Returns:

Please email us from the Contact Page if you have a return request.

All refunds are available 14 days from Date of Delivery less shipping charges.
Any items that arrive damaged must be reported in 5 days in order to receive a replacement.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned.
Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached.
Most returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA). There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
To get a RA number email us with your Name and Order number.
When you receive your RA number, it will need to be printed on the outside of the package.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender.
Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges.
