Items are available for a refund 14 days from Date of Delivery less shipping charges.
Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges.
Any Damaged items must be reported in 5 days in order to receive a replacement.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned.
Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached.
We do not refund shipping charges unless item was defective.
All returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA).
To get a RA number email us with your Name and Order number. When you receive your RA number, it will need to be printed on the outside of the package.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender.
You will receive an email from us informing you that we have received your return.
